I need to obtain a certificate of attendance, what do I need to do ?

For students or any other attendees who would like to receive a "certificate of attendance" for the seminar, it is  mandatory to mark your attendance to the seminar.  At this end, an online attendance form has to be filled.

A QR code is provided on the entry desk at the beginning and end of the seminar. This will lead you to an online form where it is asked you to fill your first and last names, and your email address. Attendance have to be registered before 5pm of the seminar day. All entries are recorded and saved.

Unless you need urgently the certificate of attendance, the certificates are produced at the end of each semester (in December and in June). Certificates are not produced unless it is requested by the attendee by email to biomed.seminars@ulb.be .

I have met a really great speaker and I would like to invite him/her to present during a seminar, how to do?

This is an amazing idea and we are more than happy you would like to participate actively to the seminars.

Get in touch with us either directly or via your supervisor and we will discuss this possibility and the modalities to make it happen !

I am unable to join on that specific moment, is it possible to stream/record the seminar?

This is a pity you cannot join the seminar, we try our best to advertise the seminars as early as possible but we do understand that last minutes changes of plan can happen or that you are not on campus.  Unfortunately, we do not stream and/or record anymore the seminars as we strongly privilege to attend live the talk and actively interact with the orator of the day.    We do not exclude to stream the seminars in the future but only upon request for out campus attendees.
